While on vacation in New Orleans, got a nail in the tire on a Sunday. Called the local Complete Auto care and spoke to Joseph. He was very understanding and said he could take care of it same day. Dropped off the car (very close location) and he verified my account info and said he would call in a few hours. Did some tourist stuff and sure enough, the tire was patched along with a safety and tire pressure check of the other tires. Just over $30 and no real impact to the family vacation. Thanks much to Joseph for taking care of us.

The service technician James and Andy the mechanic and Joe all went above and beyond what anyone would normally do ! Andy took the time to check my tires while changing the oil on my work vehicle and spared me from a blow out all of my tires were wearing uneven and two were cupped ! They provide top notch, friendly and professional service! Highly recommend to anyone especially those on a tight schedule!

Mr. James was so nice to me. I had some edger on my front tires. I bought some new tires and he said an alignment would help with the wear. It was so off and afterwards, car was driving perfectly straight. Good experience and shout out to the mechanics. and great deals too!
